Who is this package dedicated to ?

To all those spouses aware that due to frenetic life commitments, they would not be able to devote themselves fully to the organization of the wedding, in peace, thus risking making hasty choices that would compromise the success of the event.

A wedding is a 'unique' event whose memory remains engraved in the mind for a lifetime: this is why future spouses increasingly decide to delegate the planning and coordination to specialized professionals.

First of all, the WP carries out the function of consulting couples about to get married and subsequently deals with the practical management of all organizational aspects with the couple.

PRE-WEDDING

Schedule meetings as needed (video calls)
Venues site inspections (nr. 3 included)
Wedding planning timeline preparation and creating a wedding checklist
Establishing priorities, developing and tracking the budget
General advice and consultation
Menu advice
Vendors recommendations, negotiations and bookings
Attendance at vendor meetings

Creation of the creativity wedding project (floral arrangements)
Assistance in ordering save-the-dates, wedding invitations and all printed materials
Wedding favors & accessories reccomendations
Advise to get an Italian marriage license (if requested)
Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding
Coordinating guests accommodations, transportation and child care

WEDDING-DAY (ceremony)

Final check of arrangements with florist
Coordination of musicians for wedding entrance music
Groom and bride entrance coordination
General assistance as needed

WEDDING-DAY (reception)

Presence on-site with until 21:00 in case of lunch and 24:00 in case of dinner
Control floral arrangements and decorations in the venue
Positioning of signs (welcome-baord and tableau marriage)
Check up of table arrangements and number of chairs for each table
Positioning of table name tags and any placeholders
Final brief with Villa Cipressi catering for delivery times of the courses and management of any last-minute changes
Final briefing with musicians to check musical breaks and song titles chosen by the spouses

Wedding Coordinator

Who is this package dedicated to?

To all those spouses who do not feel they need a professional during the wedding planning process in the months leading up to the wedding, but who only need a point of reference some time before the wedding and during the wedding itself.

The coordinator is the one who supervises, manages the timing and handling of all the suppliers involved in the wedding during the wedding day: from the caterer, to the florist, to the musicians and all those involved on the set.

It is his task to establish the time-line of the day with the spouses and communicate it to the suppliers. Some time before the wedding, he will contact all the suppliers to share the various details regarding the logistics and timing of the wedding service.
